Barry L. Efron
Barry graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1990 and St. Mary’s Law School in 1995. With over 25 years of legal experience, Barry can assist you on complex Real Estate Transactions, Business Entity Formations, and Landlord/Tenant Issues as well as other Civil Matters, including Estate Planning and Family Law.
Barry is the proud husband of Cathy Efron and father of Abby and Adam. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially his dog Bubba the Law Dog.
Dana Barnes
With 41 years of experience primarily as a paralegal in both Federal and State courts, Dana has amassed a wealth of legal expertise. Her career spans diverse areas including defense and plaintiff matters, heavy litigation, class actions, and complex cases. Dana drafts complex legal documents, conducts research, assists in trial preparation, and participates in court proceedings.
In her free time, she is probably chasing after one of her 9 cats! Dana’s versatility, experience, and creativity makes her an invaluable asset to the firm.
Terra Sullivan
Terra has 40 years of legal experience and has been with Efron & Efron for many years. Terra focuses on Family Law and Probate matters and will be your point of contact throughout the entirety of your case and will assist you in any and all of your needs.
Terra is an excellent baker, and the office is always happy when Terra brings in her treats. Terra is also an avid animal lover and is the proud owner of our office mascot, Chloe the Law Dog. Terra loves the beach and spending time with her family, including her grandchildren.
